I was born in Galveston, Texas during the war. Then, since my dad was a doctor in the Marines, we moved to Chicago. After the war he decided to start his own practice in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where I grew up until after college. Then I married my husband whom I had met at college and we moved around a bit also, from Erie, Pennsylvania to St. Paul, Minnesota, and finally settled in Wisconsin for 40 years. I came to Windsor Gardens in 2015.
